Torsion Testing Machine
Analouge, Digital, Computerised / electronic Models Available

TORSION TESTING MACHINE
The number of twist required to fracture a wire sample can be determined rapidly with this machine . The standard machine consists of a gear box coupled with a motor to give out put of either 30,60 or 90rpm. A revolution counter indicates the total number of twist , and stops counting when the sample fails. The distance between the rotating and non-rotating chuck can be between these two chucks. The wires from 1 to 10 mm can be tested with this machine. The machine is electrically operated suitable for operate on 400-440 volts, 3 phase , ac supply. The machine is available in two models one for testing wires in the range of 1-5 mm and the other 4-10 mm.
Bend Testing Machine
The machine is designed for conducting bend test on steel wires of major dimensions from 0.8 mm to 5 mm. The test is conducting by repeat bending of test piece, rupture over a cylindrical surface of specified radius through 90 deg. In opposite direction in one place by gripping one end . The machine is been designed keeping in view the essential elements given in is. 1716-1971. If consists of a base plate on which is fixed is a complete arrangement for conducting bend test on wires. The machine is dispatched complete in an assembled from ready to conduct the list. Two Allen keys are supplied along with the machine for frightening of cylindrical formers carried in the block while a spanner is used for frightening the bolt of the guide arm which slides in the slot given in the operating handles and this slot is marked in millimeters for adjusting the height.
Torsion Testing machine for wires as per IS : 1717
The number of twist required to fracture a wire sample can be determined rapidly with this machine. The standard machine consists of a gear box coupled with motor to give output of either 30, 60 or 90 rpm. A revolution counter indicates the total number of twists and stops counting when the sample fails. The distance between the rotating and non-rotating chuck can be between 1-500 mm length. The wire is held in between these two chucks. The wires from 1 to 10 mm can be tested with this machine. The machine is electrically operated suitable for operation on 400/440 volts, 3 phase, A.C. supply. The machine is available in two models one for testing wires in the range of 1-5 mm and the other 4-10 mm.
Torsion Testing Machine for Rods
Torsion testing machine is designed for conducting torsion and twist test on various metals, wires, tubes, sheet materials, torque measurement is by pendulum dynamometer system , torque range can be adjusted torque can be applied to specimen by geared motor through gear box, autographic recorder can be provided to know the relation between torque an angle of twist on specific request.
