Standard Rockwell/Superficial Rockwell Brinell / Vickers Method- Manual Operation

Universal Hardness Testers, equipped with a set of six ball bearings guide device, for the plunger/spindle, automatic load selection for 15, 20, 30, 40, 45, 50, 60, 100, 125, 150, 187.5 and 250 kg for conducting Vickers, Brinell, Standard Rockwell and Superficial Rockwell method tests.

The standard accessories includes all the required indentors and two microscopes separately one for the measurement of ball indentation dia for Brinell method test, and the other for the Vickers indentation diagonal measurement for Vickers method test. The least count of 100 x Vickers microscope also supplied with illumination device is 0.01mm directly on the scale and 0.001mm with estimation.

Vickers Hardness Testers

Model : JV - 50
Vickers Hardness testing machine provides facility of built in optical system with graduated read out for measurement of diagonal indentation up-to 0.001mm accuracy on the focusing screen with 35X & 70X magnification and manual load selection. Loads of 5,10,15,20,30,40 & 50Kgf are provided for Vickers Tests. The swiveling unit in which the required indenture & objective lens are mounted are attached to the loading spindle guided in a set of six ball bearings. A push button electric switch is provided for starting the loading cycle. Unloading is accomplished by a hand lever.

Vickers / Brinell Method

Model VB-250
Provides facility of built in optical system with graduated read out for measurement of diagonal/diameter of indentation upto 0.001mm accuracy on the focussing screen. With 35 x 70 x and 140 x magnifications and mechanical push button control for selection of required load.

The swivelling unit in which the required indentor and objective lens are mounted, is attached to the loading spindle guided in a set of six ball bearings. A push button electric switch saystem is provided for starting the loading cycle. Unloading is accomplished through a hand lever.
